  • Butterfly chin-ups – 15, 15, 15
  • Dumbbell Bench Press – 6@60lbs, 4@75lbs, 6@90lbs, 5@102lbs, 5@102lbs
  • Barbell Curl – 10@100lbs, 8@110lbs, 6@120lbs
  • Ring Dips – 12, 12, 12
  • Dumbell Snatch – 10@50lbs, 10@60lbs, 10@70lbs
  • Note: Did this in circuit style – prep for vacation workouts and to get the heart rate up. Tough stuff.
